1. How do I book a Sip & Shimmer Candle Class? To book a class, submit an inquiry through the link above. Please note that submitting an inquiry does not confirm your class—it allows us to check instructor availability. Once your request is received, the instructor will reach out to finalize the details. 2. Booking Fee A non-refundable $35 booking fee is required to secure your date. This amount will be applied to your final total. If you need to reschedule, the fee can be transferred to a new date with advance notice. - Final payment for all participants is required 24 hours before the class via online invoice. Failure to submit payment on time may result in class cancellation. 3. Is there a travel fee for private classes? Yes, if your class location is more than 20 miles from our base, a $20 travel fee will apply. 4. How long does the class last? Our candle-making experience typically lasts 2.5 to 3 hours, depending on the group size & weather. 5. What is included in the class? Each participant will create their own hand-poured candle, choosing from a variety of scents, colors, and shimmering effects. All materials are provided, and guests are encouraged to bring their favorite beverages to sip & snacks to eat while they craft! 6. What is the minimum and maximum number of participants? We require a minimum of 4 participants per class and can accommodate up to 10 guests. 7. When will I receive my candle?** Candles need time to set before they can be moved. The curing time depends on the temperature and location of the class, but they should be stable enough for travel after approximately one hour. 8. What is the cancellation or rescheduling policy? We understand that plans change! Cancellations made at least 24 hours in advance are eligible for a refund or reschedule. Last-minute cancellations may be subject to a fee. 9. Can I host a class at my own location? Yes! At this time, we only offer mobile classes at homes, event spaces, and businesses, as we do not have a designated studio. Just ensure there is enough space, proper ventilation, and at least one working outlet for a fun and safe candle-making experience. 10. Is there an age requirement to participate? Yes, participants must be at least 11 years old and accompanied by an adult (18+) to join the class.
